This data has been used for the evaluation of the SplAdder software. 
This file shall give a brief overview on the content of the differnt

The directory contains the data secribing coordinates and quantifications
predicted by the various approaches that were part of the evaluation. The
structure of the sub-directories is as follows:

   <S>_reads_<A>/<M>

   where <S> is a placeholder for sample size and is one of 5000000, 10000000,
   or 20000000

   where <A> is a placeholder for the alignment software used and takes one of
   the values TopHat, STAR, STAR_2P or orig

   where <M> is a placeholder for the method used to predict the alternative
   splicinge events and takes one of the values spladder, juncbase, rmats or
   splicegrapher

Thus, to see the results of spladder on the dataset of size 10000000 that was
aligned using STAR 2-pass mode, one would check the sub-directory:
    10000000_reads_STAR_2P/spladder
